Our energetic dance instructors welcome you to join in with these "Just for fun" non competitive classes.
Once you have chosen your dance style(s), you will be placed in the appropriate age group class.
Whether you're new to dance, need some fun energetic exercise, or wishing to try one or two dance styles before committing to one of our more serious "Performance Teams", there's never been a better time to start than now!
Gymnastics style incorporarting flexibility and strength to build basic acrobatic moves eg: cartwheels, walkovers, aerials, and acro structure
Energetic dance moves to the current 'Popstars' of today. All movements and music are age appropriate and suitable for all different age groups
This classic dance style gets a modern street style makeover. It trains your feet to move and ceate rhythmns
Interpretive dance moves combining ballet and jazz, allowing total freedom to express the words or feelings of a song.
Performers are taught theatrics that combine songs, spoken dialogue, acting, and dance
Street Dance styles. Breaking, locking, and popping require skill and experience to perfect. While breakdancing consists primarily of moves executed close to the ground, the majority of hip-hop moves are executed standing up. Technique, strength and endurance are a major focus. Dancers with a good sense of rhythm find it easier to learn hip-hop steps.
Dancers are trained in a very technical and structured way whilst also improving their performance quality, which aids this craft.
